Federer Through to the Finals of the French Open

Made some money on Federer's win over Davydenko.
The odds on Betfair were better than the rest again, as usual.

I'm trying to fine tune the strategy a bit, including taking 10-20% return bets. With appropriate portfolio management, this should turn things in your favor. Even more so where there are opportunities to watch the match on television. It sure makes a lots of difference when you can observe how strongly or how poorly a player is doing.

Today, Federer appeared to do just enough to win, even though he did it in straight sets; nonetheless, his performance wasn't one of his best.

So do we take Federer or Nadal on the Sunday? Looks too close to call, as either player can raise their game on a big day. Will stick to the Canadian Grand Prix instead.

Rafael Nadal Will Win the French Open

I'm back after a long absence.

Have been experimenting with betting on soccer matches as well as tennis matches in-play.
Bet365's in-play betting is simply fantastic. On the fly updates as well as live odds for an amazing multitude of betting options.

But that's not why I'm writing.
I'm writing 'cos I've been watching Rafael Nadal tear through his opposition in the last few matches. And he just did it again over his countryman Carlos Moya in straight sets!! If you haven't watched him play at this French Open, don't miss the semi finals. You have one last chance to watch him in action before deciding to back the house on him to win the championship. Even Roger Federer will not be able to touch him.

The next match is not far away. Rafael Nadal is playing the best tennis we've seen him play.
